- Fecha de anillamiento/captura/hallazgo
- Fecha exacta
- Hora de captura
- Serie y número del anillo
- Serie y número del segundo anillo si el ave tiene más de uno.
- Información sobre anillos de color (u otras marcas) si el ave tiene una (es decir en tarso izquierdo, tarso derecho, pescuezo, ala).
- Si existen anillos de color – su color y la inscripción que tiene.
- Fotografía del anillo.
- Si la información o la foto del anillo ya ha sido enviada a la Central BIRDS.MX?
- Especie del ave, o si se desconoce la especie, una unidad taxonómica mayor (i.e. Género)
- Subespecie del ave (si la hay).
- Género (Macho, Hembra, No hay dimorfismo o no se puede identificar ya que el juvenil y la hembra son muy similares).
- Categoría de edad.
- Tipo de plumaje (Adulto, Inmaduro, Juvenil, Prebásico o Básico).
- Estación de anillamiento donde el ave fue capturada y las coordenadas GPS.
- Exactitud de las coordenadas GPS.
- Circunstancias de la captura/hallazgo.
- Destino del ave (Liberación, Cautiverio, Colección Científica, etc.).
- Condición del ave después de la liberación (se fue, voló, murío, etc.)
- Alguna enfermedad o daño en el cuerpo visible.
- Se le tomaron medidas morfométricas (longitud del ala, tarso, peso, nivel de grasa) (Si/Parcialmente/No).
- Fueron tomadas otras medidas morfométricas? (Si/No).
- Se tomó fotografía del ave?
